At Velasca, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your Italian craftsmanship; therefore, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items back in their original Velasca box, ensuring the leather is protected, and include any accessories like dust bags or shoehorns.
Attach the Label
Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the nearest authorized courier point; once received and inspected at our Italian workshop, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
